Courseside Quarterly Prize Draw — Terms & Conditions

Last updated: [DATE]. Version 1.

1. Promoter

The Promoter is Courseside Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number [COMPANY NUMBER], registered office [REGISTERED OFFICE] (the "Promoter").

2. Prize

The prize for the [QUARTER YYYY] draw is one hospitality-for-two voucher at [PARTNER COURSE]'s [FIXTURE], donated by [PARTNER COURSE]. Approximate retail value: £[X].

The voucher covers two race-day admissions and hospitality at the named fixture, plus any specific inclusions confirmed in writing by [PARTNER COURSE] at the time of redemption.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland aged 18 or over at the closing date.

The following are not eligible to enter:

4. How to enter

No purchase is necessary to enter or to win.

Complete the Collective quarterly survey at [SURVEY URL] before the closing date. One completed survey submission counts as one prize-draw entry. The survey is free to complete. Membership of the Collective is free.

5. One entry per person

A maximum of one entry per person per quarterly draw is permitted. Multiple submissions from the same person will be disqualified.

6. Closing date

Entries must be received by 23:59 (UK time) on [CLOSING DATE]. Late, incomplete or illegible entries will be discarded.

7. Draw method

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries using a verifiable random-number method seeded with an auditable seed recorded at the time of the draw. The Promoter will retain a written record of the seed and total entry count for six years and will share it with any entrant who asks.

8. Winner notification

The winner will be notified by email within 48 hours of the draw, with a follow-up by phone if no email reply is received within 7 days. The winner has 14 days from first notification to confirm acceptance. If no response is received within 14 days the prize is forfeited and a redraw will be held under the same rules.

9. Prize use

The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The prize must be redeemed at the specific fixture stated in section 2; subject to written agreement from [PARTNER COURSE] in advance, redemption at an alternative fixture may be possible but cannot be guaranteed.

The winner is responsible for travel to and from the fixture and for behaving in line with the host racecourse's terms of admission.

10. Use of winner's name and image

With the winner's prior written consent (which the winner is free to refuse without forfeiting the prize) the Promoter may use the winner's first name, town, and a photograph of the winner attending the prize fixture in Courseside reports, the Courseside newsletter, the Courseside website, and on Courseside social media accounts. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by emailing [email protected].

11. Data protection

Personal data collected through entry is processed by the Promoter as data controller, for the purposes of administering this prize draw and the Collective membership. See the full Privacy Policy.

12. General

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or vary this draw, in whole or in part, where reasonably necessary (for example for legal, regulatory, technical, or partner-availability reasons). Any change will be published on this page.

By entering, entrants confirm they accept these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales for entrants resident in the United Kingdom, and by the laws of the Republic of Ireland for entrants resident in the Republic of Ireland. Disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales or, for Irish entrants, the courts of the Republic of Ireland.
